meals. This month we're proud to introduce Chef Scott Uehlein, corporate chef for
Canyon Ranch, as our Featured Chef. A visionary in his field, he is consistently
recognized for his creativity and expertise in the development and preparation of
healthy cuisine.
Chef Uehlein is co-author of Canyon Ranch Cooks (Rodale Books, October 2003) and has
contributed to numerous Canyon Ranch recipe collections. Chef Uehlein has made guest
appearances on a variety of television shows, including Sara's Secrets, Into the Fire and
Best Of with Jill Cordes on the Food Network. Chef Uehlein has also been highlighted in
national and international newspapers and magazines such as Bon Appetit, Self, Fitness, Food
Arts, Esquire, Nation's Restaurant News, Chef Magazine, Departures and Health & Fitness UK.
Canyon Ranch has received numerous awards including World's Best Spa (Gourmet magazine,
