Frequently Asked Questions - Returns FAQ


Here is an overview of the process:

1.  Please contact customer service at info@bluedominoes.com for a Return Authorization Number. 

2.  Pack the product safely, preferably in the original packaging.

3 . Enclose the original invoice or confirmation e-mail with order number in the package. Be sure to keep one copy for your records.  If you unable to send the original invoice or packing slip, make sure you include your order number, billing name, and address with the product.  

4. The proper paperwork must also be submitted to ensure you are properly credited for the price of the item (not including shipping & handling).

5. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries

 

We suggest that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. We recommend you keep the Return Tracking Number for the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

 

We process refunds within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. Unless the problem is due to an error by bluedominoes.com, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

We will process the credit within 30 days or receiving the returned product.  We do not refund the cost of shipping & handling.

We want you to be fully satisfied with all your purchases on bluedominoes.com.  If you aren’t satisfied with any of the items your purchase on bluedominoes.com, you have the option to return the product within 30 days for a full refund less shipping & handling.  Please also submit the original invoice or confirmation email that contains your order number.
