Debbie's experience and tips with turning picky eaters into wholesome organic eaters shows how it's possible, and affordable. I've had the privilege of watching her make these changes and have been in awe of the health benefits reaped by her family. I in turn, have made the choice to choose organic whenever possible.
As Debbie states in her article (Nutrition for Children), research has shown that organic fruits and vegetables do have a higher nutrient and antioxidant levels. If this alone is not motivating, then the negative health implications of pesticides, artificial food colors, artificial sweeteners, MSG-Monosodium Glutamate and preservatives should be.
I urge you to try organics and see if you feel the difference!

Debbie,
Your article on food colorings is exceptional! You do a wonderful job of pointing out their toxicities while showing the reader just how many common foods and cosmetics contain these poisons. I have been educating my patients about these dangers for a long time and pointing to Our Toxic World by Doris Rapp, MD and The Crazy Makers by Simontacchi as well as the pioneering work that you cite by Dr. Feingold. Now, thanks to your fine research and writing, I will be able to simply hand my patients and students a copy of your exceptional article, with your permission. I would also like to put it on my web site if I may.
Very Sincerely,
David J, Getoff, CCN, CTN, FAAIM
Dear Debbie,
I have read your article on the harmful affects of food coloring. You have accurately explained what the American Academy of Environmental Medicine has been instructing its physicians in for years. Of the 75,000 new chemicals on the market since 1940, fewer than 1,500 have been studied, and those on healthy adults with no other toxins interacting on them.
Thank you for your diligent and accurate research.
